Job Placement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Job Placement Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with injured workers, potential employers, and internal teams to provide safe, sustainable opportunities for workers to re-enter the workforce.

Your primary responsibility will be to help people living with illness, disability, or injury return to work or obtain new employment and live the best life they can.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Occupational and/or Vocational Rehabilitation;
  • Previous experience in Employment services/Disability Employment or recruitment;
  • Strong resume writing skills;
  • A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers;
  • The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
  • Understanding of the unique labour market in Tasmania advantageous;
  • Current driver licence and motor vehicle.
