The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our Debt Advisory team as a senior analyst/associate. This role sits within our Capital Markets business and provides an opportunity to work on debt advisory transactions across all sectors, including corporate, infrastructure, and leveraged transactions, as well as exposure to broader capital markets and structured products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the debt advisory team in the origination and execution of debt advisory transactions.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new transaction opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal sector coverage teams to provide innovative solutions and impactful pitching materials.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in debt financing or investment banking, with a preference for prior experience across the following: debt advisory, project finance, leveraged finance, debt capital markets, and private capital.
  • A self-starter with the ability to take the initiative in helping to deliver client-focused outcomes.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to expand expertise across all the areas above.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills (strong financial modeling skills preferred).
