We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Client Ticketing Services Manager. This role will involve working closely with clients from prestigious venues, ticketing world-class entertainment events.

The successful candidate will ensure each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts. Direct liaison with clients and internal departments such as marketing, web, technology, and finance guarantees our clients maintain a high level of service delivery.

A typical day in this role includes partnering with clients to discuss event ticketing build requirements and time frames. Delivering accurate event builds is crucial for meeting client expectations.

Providing timely and concise reporting and insights is essential for effective decision-making. Building and maintaining events within the ticketing system, as well as managing ticketing operations on event days, requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

On-site testing and client support throughout the duration of the event are critical components of this role. Collaborating with internal and external leads to ensure marketing and promotional strategies are implemented ahead of time and fulfilled as planned is also an important aspect of this position.

Working with the state manager and team to innovate and provide value-added services and solutions to clients that increase ticket sales and build brand and event profile is key to success in this role.

Key skills required for this position include passion for live events, client-focused attitude, being a true ambassador for our brand, teamwork, attention to detail, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Essential experience and skills include excellent verbal and written communication, ability to develop new and existing relationships with clients, ability to resolve client/customer problems in a helpful manner, and understanding or ability to learn ticketing systems and processes.

Other key considerations for this position include working outside of regular business hours and on weekends.
