
Client Experience Manager

The Client Services team is seeking a skilled and experienced Reception Coordinator to join their dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for clients and employees alike.
About the RoleThis role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless operations on the client floor. You will be responsible for managing client meeting rooms, welcoming guests, and coordinating with the Client Services team to deliver first-class service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients to reception and inform hosts of their guests' arrival
- Manage client meeting rooms via the firm's room booking system
- Use the system to manage workflows on the client floor
- Maintain data integrity and provide regular reporting as required
- Coordinate the setup of meeting rooms with the necessary resources
- Supervise after-hours events and work closely with the Events team to plan and execute functions
- Provide backup support to the Client Services Assistants as needed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in corporate hospitality or senior reception roles
- Experience working with room booking systems and AV technology
- Events management skills and hands-on experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and adapt to changing requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database programs
