About the Role

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist - Clinical Therapist to join our team in providing comprehensive Speech Therapy assessments, therapeutic interventions, and reports for all ages referred to our service. You will work in home, clinic, and community settings, regularly reviewing and evaluating client progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Senior Support Structure

You will have the opportunity to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:

  • Complex Communication
  • Dysphagia
  • Paediatrics

Leadership Opportunities

Our internal Learning & Development Programs are designed to provide formal, structured education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into Team Leader, Clinical Practice Advisor, or Senior Clinical and Operational Management roles.

About You

We welcome applications from Speech Pathologists with:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Experience working as a Speech Pathologist within the private or public sector
  • NDIS Experience preferred
  • SPA Registration
  • NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and ability to travel with your own vehicle
