Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges.
  • Liaising effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in lasting employment.
  • Possession of a current Driver's License.
