National Talent Acquisition Strategist

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in talent acquisition and early careers strategy? We're seeking an experienced executive to lead our national graduate and intern programs, shaping the future of our organisation.

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for attracting, recruiting, and developing emerging talent across the country.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, the People & Culture team, and external partners to drive innovation and excellence in recruitment practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for graduate, intern, and undergraduate programs, ensuring seamless and engaging candidate experiences.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence senior leaders to align hiring needs and development pathways.
  • Lead assessment centres and onboarding programs, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
About the Role

This is a high-impact position requiring resilience, relationship-building, and strategic thinking. You will need to navigate complex environments, prioritise competing demands, and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.

You'll be confident building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing senior leaders, and navigating complex environments. Your approach to talent attraction will be innovative, enabling you to connect with emerging talent in fresh and engaging ways. Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter will be highly regarded.
