National Early Careers Strategy Manager

This role is focused on developing a national strategy to attract and retain emerging talent, ensuring alignment with the organisation's workforce needs and future growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement a comprehensive early careers strategy that encompasses attraction, recruitment, and development initiatives.
- Lead campaigns to position the organisation as an employer of choice for young professionals, representing the business at key events and conferences.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for graduate, intern, and undergraduate programs, guaranteeing a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align hiring needs and development pathways across multiple service lines and locations.
- Develop and manage assessment centres and onboarding programs in partnership with internal teams and external providers.
- Track programme outcomes, retention rates, and success metrics, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement.
We seek an experienced professional with a strong background in early careers, graduate recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
You will be confident in building relationships with stakeholders and influencing across senior levels. Your approach to talent attraction should be both creative and innovative, enabling you to connect with emerging talent in engaging ways.
