We are seeking experienced and skilled midwives to join our multidisciplinary team in a stimulating post-natal ward environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based care, ensuring exceptional patient experiences for women and their families
  • Liaise effectively with the healthcare team to provide holistic care
  • Maintain patient and staff safety through proactive measures
  • SUPERVISE, direct, and guide midwifery/nursing team members to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Provide education and support to mothers and their families to promote optimal health outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current Midwifery Registration with AHPRA
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
  • Demonstrated experience in similar roles
  • Special Care Nursery experience advantageous
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within the team
