This role is a key position within our organisation, requiring an experienced project manager to oversee the refurbishment of units and apartments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reinstatement and refurbishment projects ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Deliver resale projects with end customers in mind.
  • Create scope and specification documentation, distribute tenders and assess contractor bids.
  • E nsure safety and compliance of contractors and suppliers on site.
  • Provide direction to contractors and consultants to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and projects delivered on time.
  • Complete EHS audits and contractor onboarding process.
  • Adhere to standards and ensure refurbishment works are completed by settlement dates.

This role requires a project manager with technical or tertiary qualifications in property management, project management or business studies. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a time sensitive environment.

The successful candidate will also have great communication skills and strong computer literacy, excellent time management skills and the ability to provide direction to contractors and consultants. Resilience, solution focused thinking and problem solving skills are essential for this role amidst occasional time pressure and delivery deadlines.
