About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled QA/Xray Team Leader to join our team.

This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of our product safety systems and supporting continuous improvement across production and quality operations.

The QA/Xray Team Leader will be responsible for operating and setting up X-ray inspection systems, ensuring performance validations are completed for all product lines.

They will also set up, operate, and verify metal detection systems to maintain product safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up X-ray inspection systems, ensuring performance validations are completed for all product lines.
  • Set up, operate, and verify metal detection systems to maintain product safety standards.
  • Provide hands-on support to production and maintenance teams in fault investigations and system notifications.
  • Liaise with external service providers to coordinate timely calibration and servicing of detection systems.
  • Lead root cause analysis and investigations related to detection rejects from the production process.
  • Schedule and conduct internal audits and assist in managing the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Investigate daily customer complaints and provide timely, professional feedback to customers.

  • Experience in QA roles within food manufacturing or similar environments.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
