Job Overview

As a quality assurance leader, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems within biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This is a full-time position requiring onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily planning, execution, and reporting for the Quality on the Floor Team.
  • Establish and maintain the team as a vital component of the quality assurance department.
  • Implement key performance indicators and goal setting to drive team performance.
  • Align QA on the Floor team goals with business strategy.
  • Coordinate manufacturing activities according to cGMP and standard operating procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A tertiary education in a science or engineering-based field, or relevant industry experience.
  • Post Graduate qualifications are beneficial.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry aligned with Quality Assurance advantageous.
