We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team at Gallagher Bassett. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting injured workers through the workers compensation process.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and process claims for injured workers, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement of medical expenses. You will work closely with injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers to review requests for compensation and ensure that all necessary documentation is received.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You will be a team player, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process claims for injured workers, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement of medical expenses
  • Review and approve requests for compensation from injured workers and healthcare providers
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is received and processed in a timely manner
  • Communicate with injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers to resolve claims-related issues
