About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Fortitude Valley. In this position, you will work collaboratively with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to develop and implement high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum programs that meet the needs of all children, including those with additional needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a sense of community and belonging within the centre.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including observations, assessments, and reporting.
Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- A valid Working with Children Check.
