Early Childhood Education Director Position

Goodstart Early Learning is committed to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children aged six weeks to school age.
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our dedicated team at Goodstart Fortitude Valley, Brisbane CBD & Inner Suburbs. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre.

Deliver Our Bespoke Learning Program- Built around global leaders in pedagogical practice, this program will inspire and engage children to reach their full potential.
- With experience in managing change within education, health or community services, you'll be equipped to build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals.
- You'll share your knowledge and contribute to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
- Work with your team to build the attendance pipeline and maintain a revenue-generating business.

We offer long daycare and kindergarten programs based on play-based learning, designed to meet the developmental needs of each child while fostering a love for learning.
