Early Childhood Education Director

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education Director to lead our Fortitude Valley centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our children and driving business growth.
About the Role- Deliver our bespoke learning program, developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
- Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
- Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
Our centre is a place where love, magic, and learning come together to create a nurturing and educational environment for children aged six weeks to school age.
