Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Fortitude Valley. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. With a focus on safety, inclusivity, and child-centered learning, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to create a nurturing and stimulating environment
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a sense of belonging and connection
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote child safety and wellbeing

Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
