Program Overview

This 4-month rotational program is designed to give you a foot in the door in a career in Regional and Agribusiness Banking. You will learn and develop with opportunities aligned to building critical skills for a future in banking.

  • You will be given the opportunity to connect with past alumni graduates and foster mentoring relationships
  • Experience working closely with high-performing agribusiness and business bankers in regional and rural areas of Australia
  • Participate in industry learning and ongoing skill development
  • Be provided with networking opportunities with fellow R&A graduates and employees
  • Gaining exposure supporting our customers and communities
  • Exploring opportunities to create a positive social impact via community and customer engagement programs
  • Supported and placed into a permanent role during or after successful completion of the graduate program
