Regional Banking Opportunities

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our regional banking team. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, developing skills and knowledge in agribusiness and regional banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a rotational program to gain hands-on experience in regional banking
  • Develop critical skills for a future in banking, including customer service and relationship management
  • Network with fellow graduates and employees to build relationships and opportunities
  • Support customers and communities through community and customer engagement programs
  • Be supported and placed into a permanent role during or after successful completion of the graduate program

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service skills and passion for regional business and agribusiness
  • Effective relationship management skills
  • Ability to relocate to a regional location for either the 4-month program or your first permanent role outside of the program

Eligibility:

  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying
  • Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program
