Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with external systems, participate in requirement gathering and design reviews, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs, create and maintain technical documentation, implement ITIL processes and best practices, and provide knowledge transfer and training to team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
  • Experience with Service Portal and reporting/dashboard setup.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator preferable.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of new features and improvements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
