Technical ServiceNow Expert
This role involves providing technical leadership for ServiceNow implementations and integrations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Lead ITAM, CMDB, and ServiceNow integration initiatives to align IT processes with business objectives.
Provide hands-on technical leadership in ServiceNow development, including Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Access Controls, and Service Portal configuration.
Drive best practices across ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM architecture, including data modeling and module utilization (CSM, SOW, HAM, and Reporting).
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years' experience in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform development.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations and custom application development.
- Strong technical proficiency across ITAM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CSDM framework.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Additional Requirements
Desirable skills include additional experience with ServiceNow HAM, CSM, and reporting capabilities.
