We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director at our Early Learning Centre.

This leadership position plays a key part in overseeing the strategic direction and daily operations of the ELC, ensuring high-quality educational experiences for children aged 2-5 years.

The ideal candidate will be an educator with a proven track record of developing and implementing programs that align with the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the school's values.

  • Full-time, ongoing role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement NQS-aligned programs
  • Lead and manage a team of educators
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to set strategic directions and goals
  • Foster strong relationships with families, local communities, and industry partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Director or similar role in an early learning centre
  • Strong understanding of NQS and its application in practice
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
