Ideally, we'd love for you to hold:An ACECQA-approved Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood EducationA current State relevant Working with Children's Check, Police Check + PRODA (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government.
Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 (or willingness to obtain before commencement)Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)Hands-on experience running a large Centre over 100 places, managing effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a sizable team's performanceExtraordinary leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional EducatorsStrong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.Make Your Move
