We are seeking an energetic, skilled and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our close-knit team at ourChildren First Walkervale centre.
This position is to work as the 2nd ECT

Joining Imagine Childcare will ensure your passion is embraced and encouraged, and where your ideas, ownership and initiative are supported.You will be provided with professional development opportunities, a supportive Management team, and the opportunity to grow within our company.Your New Role:Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging children, families, and educators to create an enriching educational program.Manage your classroom effectively, providing flexible routines and creative learning experiences.Be a mentor, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect within your team.Implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.Tailor educational programs to meet the unique needs of each child.Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Transition Statements.Ensure compliance with Government regulations and centre policies to maintain our high-quality standards.Establish strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.Contribute to documentation and engage in a cycle of reflective practice.About You:Working Towards or hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher.Hold a current Blue Card.Hold an approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications (desirable).
