We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead and oversee electrical and instrumentation aspects of projects, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards.
Main Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Develop and implement electrical and instrumentation designs that align with project needs.
- Lead and guide a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration.
- BUILD strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical support.
- Contribute to design review workshops and quality checks.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in managing projects on major hazards facilities (MHF).
- Demonstrable experience embedding safety considerations into all aspects of electrical and instrumentation engineering and design.
- Proven experience working directly on projects in the chemicals/agricultural sectors.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical and/or mechatronics engineering or a related field.
- Able to work onsite in Laverton, Victoria.
