Medical Project Lead

About the Role:

The Medical Project Lead oversees new product development and lifecycle management projects ensuring timely completion within scope. Collaboration with cross-functional teams drives project execution.

  • Deliver projects consistently on time, within scope.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate New Product Development and Lifecycle Management projects.
  • Create detailed work plans identifying activities, resources, and timelines.
  • Develop communication plans and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Review project schedules with senior management; revise as required for successful completion.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate issues for timely resolution.
  • Manage compliance to regulatory standards and business processes.
  • Document and secure project information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience successfully managing New Product Development or Lifecycle management projects.
  • Prior experience developing medical devices preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Project Management Cloud Software.
  • Effective communicator and leader who develops themselves and others.

Travel Requirements:

  • Position may involve travel up to 10% of the time within the United States and Europe.
