We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.
- Evaluating the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries is an essential responsibility of this role.
- Conducting assessments, such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living, will be crucial in identifying future employment or training options for clients.
This position requires effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals. You will also be responsible for helping clients identify their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests, and assisting them in reviewing these to inform their career aspirations.
