Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced fundraising and marketing professional to join our team in a newly created role.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lift the profile of philanthropy and fundraising at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

You will be responsible for developing, delivering and monitoring the success of fundraising appeals and campaigns to support important healthcare priorities for the RMH.

Crafting and delivering engaging philanthropy and fundraising communications across web, print, media and social channels for internal and external audiences is also an essential part of this role.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have extensive experience developing and delivering compelling fundraising communications, appeals and campaigns across multiple channels.

You will be a great team player, an experienced manager and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver strategic fundraising and marketing plans
  • Craft and deliver engaging philanthropy and fundraising communications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to roll out innovative fundraising initiatives
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver engagement opportunities
