Executive Leadership Opportunity

This strategic leadership position requires a visionary leader to drive revenue and create optimal brand awareness for a highly-regarded charity with an iconic brand.

The organisation provides comprehensive support services to veterans and their families, operating within values of respect, transparency, integrity, mateship, tradition, compassion and empathy.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing fundraising strategies, engaging donor and supporter bases, and building external relationships to raise the profile of the RSL.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of annual plans for fundraising and marketing activities
  • Conceptualising and executing effective fundraising strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with donors, supporters, and stakeholders
  • Providing strategic guidance and direction to cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Executive leadership experience in a charity or not-for-profit organisation
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the charitable sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field (desired)
