Food and Beverage Team Lead

    We are seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our upscale dining experience. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in delivering exceptional service while maintaining high standards of luxury and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless service and presentation that reflects excellence, overseeing daily operations with attention to detail and intuitive service skills.
  • Lead and inspire a team to provide elevated guest experiences, from warm welcomes to personalized touches.
  • Uphold high standards of luxury and excellence, adhering to Forbes and five-star service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and service teams to ensure an exceptional and consistent dining experience.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Welcoming guests entering the restaurant, take dining reservations, assign seating, answer phones, and relay preferences or special requests to colleagues.
  • Be the champion of menu knowledge, recommending stellar pairings to enhance guests' dining experience.
  • Coordinate length of wait, re-cook, or product availability with Runners and Chefs.
  • Strategically analyze guest feedback to continuously improve overall rating.
  • Conduct pre-service shift briefings in absence of Assistant Manager/Manager.
