Event Manager Position

 

The ideal candidate for this Event Manager role will oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience. This individual will lead, train, and support the front-of-house team, managing reservations and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all front-of-house activities.
  • Train, schedule, and manage front-of-house staff.
  • Ensure the dining area is clean and organized according to restaurant standards.
  • Manage customer reservations and seating arrangements.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels of front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
