Process Innovation Specialist



About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Process Innovation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and delivering end-to-end solutions within a high-performing team of data science and automation experts.

You will drive technology innovation by delivering intelligent solutions that support customers and colleagues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with product owners and process owners to take end-to-end ownership of AI & automation projects (discovery, analysis, testing, and implementation)
  • Independently review business processes, architecture, design, and plans for intelligent solution delivery
  • Identify and extract requirements using tools such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and observations
  • Evaluate information and data to determine problems, opportunities and solutions
  • Contribute to estimating development effort and drive performance of code development to meet target timeframes
  • Assess risk on new and changed systems/processes and recommend controls where required
  • Build and present recommendations, findings and options to Senior Management

Requirements:
  • Significant experience facilitating and leading process discovery and modelling to assess improvement or automation opportunities
  • Experience owning and managing multiple initiatives end to end
  • Background in delivering automation or technology-enabled business solutions
  • Exposure to Robotic Process Automation and/or Generative AI
  • Experience working with technology departments, including offshore developers
  • Business Analysis qualifications (desirable)
