We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to work on cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process designs through engineering phases from concept/select, FEED through to detailed design and delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Team Members to ensure Projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage and track single-discipline projects.
  • Prepare technical reports as required.
  • Create proposals and tenders (hours estimation and scope definition) for new and ongoing works.
  • Provide technical guidance to develop junior engineers.
Requirements
  • Process Engineering degree (or equivalent) with 6+ years process design experience in the Oil & Gas, and/or Future Fuels industries.
  • CPEng or CEng/RPEQ registration.
  • Excellent skills in using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, and DNV PHAST software.
  • Sound knowledge of process safety including risk identification and assessment through HAZID/HAZOP, dispersion/radiation analysis, and hazardous area classification.
  • Skills in preparing P&ID's, PFD's, heat and material balances, instruments and equipment data sheets, utilities flow diagrams, and chemical consumption/effluent summaries.
  • Able to provide technical support throughout the lifecycle of projects.
  • A confident communicator and team player with the ability to drive projects and clients' success.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting deadlines.
