Job Title

As a Process Development Specialist, you will play an integral role in delivering project execution and support services to various projects within the Energy team. You must be focused on outcomes, highly motivated, proactive, and thrive in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Minimum 3 years of industry experience as a Process Engineer.
  2. Experience in the Oil & Gas or Chemicals industry.
  3. Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  4. General exposure to concept / FEED / Detailed Design activities with an engineering consultant.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  6. Proven ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
  7. Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Exposure to hazardous areas and process safety requirements to ensure high safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of industry experience as a Process Engineer.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas or Chemicals industry.
  • Chemical Engineering degree.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
