Care Services Manager

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced care professional to lead our team of care staff in providing high-quality individualised support that enhances and promotes the quality of life for residents.

  • You will have a strong background in care services, with experience in overseeing teams and empowering staff through learning, support, and leadership.
  • You will be able to work collaboratively with the General Manager to ensure care governance and quality compliance are achieved.

  1. Oversee a team of care staff to provide individualised support that enhances and promotes the quality of life for residents.
  2. Empower your team through learning, support, and leadership to advance the level of service.
  3. Work in conjunction with your General Manager to ensure care governance and quality compliance are achieved.

Impact as Care Services Manager:

  1. Ensure the sustainability and growth of the service through diligence with funding, care planning, and community engagement.
  2. Lead all clinical services in line with processes and policies.
  3. Provide Quality Care Services and professional practice.
  4. Oversee and encourage continuous improvement activities in clinical and lifestyle services.
  5. Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation.
  6. Coordinate and support scheduled audits and clinical indicators.
  7. Ensure up-to-date resident health records and clinical documentation.
