Care Services Manager

Job Summary:

Impact as Care Services Manager:

  1. Ensure the sustainability and growth of the service through diligence with funding, care planning, and community engagement.
  2. Lead all clinical services in line with processes and policies.
  3. Provide Quality Care Services and professional practice.
  4. Oversee and encourage continuous improvement activities in clinical and lifestyle services.
  5. Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation.
  6. Coordinate and support scheduled audits and clinical indicators.
  7. Ensure up-to-date resident health records and clinical documentation.
