Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues in menu planning and recipe development.
  • Ensure consistent delivery and presentation of dishes in line with venue standards.
  • Provide ongoing staff training and support.
  • Maintain food health & safety requirements.
  • Manage cost control and inventory.
Requirements
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Minimum 12-36 months' experience in a similar role or relevant studies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail and grooming standards.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Formal hospitality studies completed.
  • Food safety supervisor certification.
  • Expertise in fresh pasta making.
  • Prior pastry experience.
  • Woodfire cooking expertise.
  • Butchery experience.
  • Proficiency in Italian cuisine.
  • Venue opening experience.
