Senior Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality control, progress payments, and invoicing processes are accurately maintained.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Conduct feasibilities for Acquisitions, providing informed recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Property or related field.
  • Proven experience specifically within retail projects, demonstrating expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of the development process and technical aspects of construction.
  • Excellent organizational, financial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
