Global Retail Marketing Leader

We are seeking a strategic professional to drive our retail marketing initiatives across the globe. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging project management platforms to oversee end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product launches, aligning with brand objectives and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects that meet brand, compliance, and logistical requirements.
  • Leverage project management platforms to oversee project delivery, managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly results.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with creative agencies, cultivating effective relationships to drive campaign success.
  • Drive business growth through category expansion initiatives, fostering regional support and alignment across markets.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven track record in consumer product or similar marketing roles, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Effective agency relationship management and high attention to detail, including copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, or Notion is a plus.
