Trusted Home Disability Care is seeking highly motivated and caring individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers. Our dedicated team provides holistic and comprehensive care, catering to the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide domestic assistance and cleaning services
  • Offer social support and companionship to our clients
  • Transport clients to appointments and outings
  • Prepare meals and assist with daily living tasks

Requirements:

  1. Respect for the rights, dignity, and abilities of others
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  3. Australian National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check
  4. Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  5. Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certification
  6. Smartphone with internet access and ability to commit to ongoing client schedules
