  • This position involves providing emotional support and companionship to clients, assisting with daily living tasks, and encouraging independence and self-management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Emotional Support: Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to individuals, helping them build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Daily Living Tasks: Assist with personal care, household chores, and other daily activities to promote independence.
  • Encouraging Independence: Foster a supportive environment that encourages individuals to take control of their lives and make informed decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III qualification or relevant experience in Disability or Aged Care.
  • A current National Police Clearance, Drivers License (C class), and registered vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening and a Current First Aid Certificate.
