Clinical Research Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our research team.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and schedule appointments/meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage inventory of office and clinical supplies.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as booking participant appointments and contacting healthcare providers.
- Prepare study materials, including Investigator Site Files and Participant Files.
- Assist with travel arrangements for participants.
- Support the Research Finance Analyst with Visit & Payment Trackers and other financial matters.
- Maintain spreadsheets and trackers, including the Education & Training tracker and Equipment Register.
We require experience in office administration, intermediate medical terminology knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
