Clinical Research Specialist Job Opportunity

A 12-month program is available for recent graduates with a degree in Nursing, Biomedical or Health Science to join the Clinical Research Team based in Perth. This exciting opportunity offers a breadth of experience across the healthcare continuum, working alongside professionals who provide best-in-class training and mentorship.

As a Clinical Research Specialist, you will work with various teams, learn about breakthrough therapies, gain insight into product life cycles, and see their impact on patients. You will support administrative and clinical trial execution needs, making an impact on future medical needs.

This role enables navigation through challenging scenarios, develops leadership and resilience skills, and sharpens attention to detail for excel in this and future roles.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting clinical trials execution
  • Performing and supporting research for clinical research teams
  • Assisting project development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation
  • Providing analysis, reporting, and internal communication services
  • Developing knowledge of industry and organizational processes
  • Exposure to clinical trials processes and execution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical or Health Sciences with a thirst for knowledge and interest in medical devices
  • Proactive thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaborative approach and ability to work across teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new concepts with a growth mindset
