Ag Sales Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead operational and sales functions for a high-performing agricultural rental unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage product lifecycle, procurement, sales operations and administration for a large-scale agricultural rental business.
- Develop and implement seasonal demand-driven procurement strategies that align with operational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, delivery schedules, and order processing to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to support product selection and pricing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in agribusiness, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Have extensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations, ideally within large-scale farming.
- Have strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practices.
- Be proficient in ERP systems and procurement platforms.
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work collaboratively across teams, with a willingness to travel to suppliers and customers.
