We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic professional to work across our Front Office & Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional service is provided to our guests at all times, making them feel both welcome and comfortable.

Often we are the first point of contact for guests and visitors. Shifts may be in Food & Beverage & Front Desk. We complete a wide variety of hotel tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel's facilities to taking reservations in the restaurant, delivering food and maintaining guest accounts.

We provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times. We ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out
  • Work across multiple departments including Front Office and Food and Beverage
  • Complete a range of tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations
  • Provide information and assistance to guests as required
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience preferably in a Hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and Opera
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one before starting
