Residential Construction Site Lead

The Construction Site Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in volume/production residential construction, with a proven track record of managing sites efficiently and prioritizing Health and Safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site resources, including Labourers, Plant Operators, and Contractors
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with the team to achieve high-quality results and ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- QBCC Supervisor Licence
- Extensive experience in volume/production residential construction
- Proven background managing sites efficiently
- OH&S qualifications and detailed understanding
- Trade background in carpentry or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
