Key Roles in High-Volume Residential Construction

Job Description:

At our new site at Cotswold Hills, we are seeking experienced individuals to fill two key positions: Site Manager and Site Supervisor.

The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, managing a team of Labourers, Plant Operators, and Contractors, and ensuring that homes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Decisive leaders who can spot potential challenges early and provide effective solutions to keep projects moving smoothly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in these roles, candidates must possess a combination of skills and qualifications. These include:

  • A QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential for both positions.
  • Extensive experience in volume/production residential construction is required.
  • Proven background managing sites efficiently, taking into account the Health and Safety of teams.
  • OH&S detailed understanding, qualifications even better.
  • A valid Driver's Licence is necessary.
  • Trade background is essential, preferably in carpentry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Leader by example.
  • Highly competent in IT and software, especially Onsite Companion.
  • A professional who values quality, accountability, and teamwork.

As part of our team, you will have the chance to utilize onsite companion and ensure all contractors are where they should be, doing what they're supposed to, ahead of schedule. You must call them to site at the right time, when they can work full tilt, without downtime.
