High-Volume Residential Construction Manager

As a volume and production builder, we need both a manager and a supervisor who understand the fast-paced nature of high-volume residential construction. This position involves making key decisions to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in volume/production residential construction, strong leadership skills, and a knack for building great relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of site staff, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
This role requires someone who is proactive, action-oriented, and takes responsibility for delivering agreed outcomes. A trade background, preferably in carpentry, is essential. The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships is also crucial.
We are looking for a highly competent individual who can work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
