Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and foster a collaborative, productive site culture.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential.
  • Proven experience managing sites with a focus on Health and Safety.
  • OH&S knowledge; qualifications desirable.
  • Driver's Licence.
  • Trade background essential, preferably carpentry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • IT proficiency, especially with Onsite Companion.
  • Professional commitment to quality, accountability, and teamwork.
