Waste Management Consultant

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the field of sustainable waste management. As a Waste Management Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients and providing technical growth within the team.

  • Winning and delivering waste management plans for developments
  • Working on a wide range of waste-related projects
  • Project management, tenders/proposals preparation, confident on-site and in-fieldwork programs, data analysis and interpretation, and reporting

The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in environmental science or engineering and circa 1-3 years professional experience in consulting or a similar industry role.

Requirements:
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex situations/problems and develop appropriate solutions
  • Proven project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extensive field experience undertaking site investigations, remediation supervision, and monitoring
  • Proven report writing skills and high computer literacy including data management and manipulation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Australia Citizenship or rights to work in Australia
