Job Overview

Applies to the role of Asset Integration Lead.

This is a challenging position that requires a professional with experience in asset integration and separation, project management, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the integration and separation of assets into and out of the operating model across major new build assets and M&A portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective integration/separation plans to deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Mobilise resources and establish governance structures to keep projects on track.
  • Engage and align multiple workstreams and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
  • Apply an adaptable project management approach to align with organisational maturity while prioritising outcomes.
  • Create effective project communications, presentations and options papers to translate complex information into simple language for various stakeholders.
  • Apply strong change management and adoption principles across the program.
